Michael Ritchie

Principal

Michael Ritchie is a Principal in our New York office

Michael joined AAI in 2014 and since that time has imparted his leadership and design skills to our commercial office portfolio.

Michael lends to our team more than a decade of experience in design, BIM coordination, and the administration of large teams of architects, MEP engineers, and construction managers. His recent project experience includes the 860 Washington Street building and the repositioning of 390 Madison Avenue.

Prior to joining AAI, Michael was a designer at STV Incorporated where he worked for five years as an architectural designer on a number of significant infrastructure projects, transit, aviation, and institutional projects including the Staten Island Psychiatric Central Services Building, the George Washington Bridge Bus Station redevelopment, and New York’s Grand Central Station.

A graduate of the Pratt Institute School of Architecture, he received his Bachelor of Architecture in 2009 and is a registered architect in the State of New York. Michael is a LEED® Green Associate.
