Michael Ritchie Principal
Michael Ritchie is Principal in our New York office. A graduate of the Pratt Institute School of Architecture, he received his Bachelor of Architecture in 2009 and is a registered architect in the State of New York.
Prior to joining Adamson, Michael was a designer at STV Incorporated where he worked for five years, contributing his design and technical skills to a number of programmatically complex projects including the Staten Island Psychiatric Central Services Building, the George Washington Bridge Bus Station redevelopment and the California High Speed Rail Station planning project. Since joining Adamson, Michael has contributed to commercial office projects. He was a key member in the development of 860 Washington St and has led Construction Administration efforts for the repositioning of 390 Madison Ave.
Michael lends to our team his considerable experience in the coordination of BIM models in conjunction with large teams of architects, MEP Engineers, and construction managers.
