Ann Daniel

A member of the firm since 1981, Ann has extensive experience in design development and project management on a wide range of building types — institutional, transit and transportation, commercial, and cultural. She has played a key role in the development of projects such as the Winter Garden at the World Financial Center in New York, and the Petronas Concert Hall in Malaysia. One of the firm's leading proponents of sustainable design, Ann has worked on several LEED® projects including Goldman Sachs Headquarters (LEED Gold); Royal Bank of Scotland (LEED Gold); and the Hearst Tower (LEED Gold).

Bill Bradley

Bill studied architecture at the University of Waterloo, where he received a Bachelor of Environmental Studies and a Bachelor of Architecture. His strength is in co-ordinating complex, large-scale projects such as the New Terminal Development Project at Toronto Pearson International Airport, Canada’s largest construction project. Working in association with Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, and Moshe Safdie Associates, Bill oversaw the delivery of one of the most advanced buildings in North America, which involved the coordination of an extensive consultant team. He was involved from early concept design through to the protracted and complex commissioning phase, typical of airport construction.

Currently, Bill is the Partner in Charge of the new Oakville Hospital (in joint venture with Parkin Architects).

Claudina Sula

Claudina Sula brings to the Adamson Team over 26 years of experience in the design and management of a diverse range of projects. Her particular strength is in the management of complex institutional and government projects with large, multidisciplinary teams. In recent years, Claudina has been led several projects for Infrastructure Ontario, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the AFP (Alternative Finance and Procurement) Process and DBFM (Design Build Finance and Maintain) delivery models. Clients respond favourably to Claudina’s vigorous management style which enables her to deliver these complex projects successfully within frequently aggressive timelines and restricted budgets. Currently, Claudina is the Project Leader for the Thunder Bay Consolidated Courthouse project and the St. Lawrence Market North Building Revitalisation project in Toronto.

David Jansen

After receiving his Bachelor of Environmental Studies and Bachelor of Architecture Degrees from the University of Waterloo in Canada, David began his career as a designer with Adamson Associates in the early 1980s. In 1985 he joined NORR Partnership Limited to lead the firm’s design activities, and from 1989 to 1996, David was the Principal-in-Charge of Design, during which time the firm won numerous international design competitions. David rejoined Adamson Associates in 1996 as a Partner. He is currently responsible for many of the firm’s large-scale projects in North America and around the world. He also works in close collaboration with internationally acclaimed design architects on high profile projects such as Towers 2, 3 and 4 at the World Trade Center, New York (Foster + Partners, Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, Maki and Associates) and the new Guggenheim Museum in Abu Dhabi (Gehry Partners).

David has developed a broad base of experience during his 25 years in the profession. His expertise includes: master planning, urban design, architectural and interior design. His projects include: commercial office and mixed-use developments, healthcare, research and development, academic, institutional, sports and recreation, hotel and residential facilities, and transportation centres.

David is a member of the Ontario Association of Architects, Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, and American Institute of Architects. He is a Registered Architect in the States of New York, New Jersey, Nevada, Florida, Illinois, Connecticut and District of Columbia, and a Registered Architect in the Province of Ontario. David is a LEED™ Accredited Professional.

Greg Dunn

Greg received his Bachelor of Architecture from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, where he was awarded the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada Medal and the American Institute of Architects Certificate of Merit.

Greg is the Partner-in-Charge of Adamson's London, UK office. From 1999 to 2003, Greg was based in our London office where he spearheaded the firm’s role on the Heron Quays project at Canary Wharf. He was involved from the initial master plan through to the completion of more than six million sf of construction. He was also the Partner-in-Charge overseeing the Phase III master planning of a further nine million sf.

Greg has extensive experience in the early stages of project development, master planning and detailed design of large-scale projects. As a result, he has a considerable understanding of the design issues that affect a variety of building types including airports, high- and low-rise commercial, retail and residential construction. His extensive international experience includes work on projects in Madrid, Milan, Frankfurt, New York and San Francisco.

Greg is a member of the Ontario Association of Architects, Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a registered Architect in the States of New York, Nevada and District of Columbia.

Nick Zigomanis

Nick Zigomanis is a Partner with the firm and principal of our New York office. Joining Adamson in 1998, Nick has gained extensive experience working on complex, high-profile, large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects in Europe and North America. From 1999 to 2003, Nick was based in London, UK where he played an integral part of the Heron Quays developments, as well as the Citigroup Headquarters project at the Canary Wharf estate. Soon after his return to North America, Nick shifted his efforts to the New York area where he is currently stationed. Nick has spearheaded the firm’s intense involvement in the massive World Trade Center reconstruction project, beginning with early master planning and design development through to the present construction efforts.

He has had enjoyed the privilege of working for world-class developers, collaborating closely with some of the world’s most highly acclaimed architectural design firms including Foster + Partners; Pelli Clarke Pelli; Rogers, Stirk Harbour + Partners; and Maki and Associates. Nick works closely with clients and multiple stakeholder groups from the earliest stages of the project development in order to address complex project issues and overcome technical, pragmatic and logistical concerns.
