Sam Nicolini Associate
Sam joined Adamson Associates in 2001 and was made an Associate with the firm in 2018. A graduate of the University of Toronto’s School of Architecture, Sam imparts to our team exceptional design, coordination and project management skills on a diverse range of project types.
Sam’s experience encompasses transit, aviation, commercial offices, retail, recreational, and large mixed-use developments.
Sam played a major role in the redevelopment of the World Trade Center and World Financial Center in New York City. After the events of September 11th, Sam was a full-time site representative and contributed to the design of the reconstruction and renovation of the World Financial Center Winter Garden which commenced in 2001 and completed in 2002. He was subsequently, a Project Manager for approximately five years on the World Trade Center Tower 2 office development including all below-grade infrastructure.
Since that time, Sam has worked on a diverse range of projects including the Toronto Pearson Airport redevelopment, the new Bay-Adelaide Centre East Office Tower, the Media Zone project in Abu Dhabi, the Ottawa Light Rail Transit Centre, and East Harbour development in Toronto.
