Sandor Rott Associate
Since joining the firm in 2003, Sandor has been involved in a number of significant design competitions and concept master planning. These projects further developed his knowledge of urban design and regeneration, enabling him to respond to the demands of large-scale projects. Sandor’s core strength is his flexible approach to design, understanding of the complexities of each site, and a high degree of collaboration with external consultants and project stakeholders.
Sandor’s ability to work with, and enhance, existing urban contexts was gained in the master planning of several high-profile urban district projects around the world which have been recognized with numerous Urban Design and Architectural Awards. Prior to joining Adamson Associates, Sandor was the project manager for the Canadian Embassy in Prague, Czech Republic, which was a Finalist for the Czech Architecture Grand Prix 2003. He was also a key team member for the design of both the Israeli Foreign Ministry Head Office building, and the City Hall and Civic Square in Jerusalem, Israel while working for Diamond and Schmitt Architects.
