51 Astor Place

Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Maki and Associates, this new 13-story Class-A office and retail development features an exterior cladding of black and silver glass with black granite and aluminum fins and boasts a distinctive angular design on each of its four sides. Located in the East Village area of New York City, 51 Astor has more than 400,000 sf of rentable office and retail space. The structural steel and concrete slab building is designed to LEED® Gold standards and incorporates a low e-glazed and aluminum curtain wall. 

Unique features include a private green roof terrace on the fifth floor and an urban plaza at grade, designed by Thomas Balsley Associates
