Battersea Power Station Redevelopment - Phase 3

Adamson  is the Executive Architect for Phase 3 of the Battersea Power Station Development. Buildings to the east of the High Street are designed by Gehry Partners LLP (with Adamson Associates as Executive Architect), while Foster + Partners is designing the residential buildings to the west.

Phase 3 will provide approximately 700 new apartments built alongside a high street of shops.  Gehry’s scheme includes the five buildings to the east of The Electric Boulevard, to be known as Prospect Place. These will house double-height retail units at street level, a community park and multi-use community hub. The Gehry designed element will be anchored by the distinctive Flower building.

The goal is to create a vibrant and distinctive new neighborhood in South London, one that respects the iconic Battersea Power Station, while connecting it to the broader fabric of the city.
