Situated on Canada Square, the main public space of the Canary Wharf development, this 42-storey tower contains over one million sf of leaseable space. The space includes approximately 100,000 sf of trading area on the first two floors, housing more than 900 traders.
The building is outfitted with advanced BAS and BMS controls, high-security systems, and access flooring throughout. Floor plates were designed to accept both perimeter offices and fl ex space throughout while maximizing usable space.
The tower’s curtain wall continues free of the building envelope over the last several floors, a design innovation that necessitated a rigorous technical analysis.
