About project
About project

The first building in Canary Wharf to be rated ‘Excellent’ by the Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM).

This 32-storey tower was the first of five towers and two winter gardens forming the leading edge of Canary Wharf’s new southern Heron Quays development.

Situated prominently overlooking Jubilee Square, it contains more than one million sf of office space. Facilities adjacent to the ground floor main lobby include an auditorium, open gallery, and retail. A beautifully landscaped podium roof covered terrace area takes advantage of the Thames view and caters to specific tenant functions.

The entire building has been designed to a high level of security and contains advanced BMS control systems. Every floor in the tower is outfitted with the latest in workplace fitments, including access flooring, parabolic lighting, and individual floor communication rooms.
