MGM Mirage CityCenter Block C

AAI Architects, Inc., led the Architect-of-Record Team for Block C of this mixed use development. Adamson worked in collaboration with a team of international design architects including KPF, Foster + Partners, Studio Daniel Libeskind, Murphy/Jahn and The Rockwell Group on this 6,000,000 sf project which contained retail spaces, resort hotels, residential condominiums, a 10-level parking structure and a subterranean parking structure, as well as an Automated People Mover.

As the first and largest LEED® Certified project in Nevada, the MGM Mirage CityCenter features a variety of sustainable design initiatives including a natural gas co-generation plant, and water consdervation technology and programs that will save water within the buildings and in the outdoor landscaping.
