Union Park Development

Adamson is the Executive Architect and Lead Consultant for Union Park, a new mixed-use development situated on a 4-acre site adjacent to the CN Tower and Rogers Centre in Toronto’s downtown core. Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli, the 4.3 million square foot development will include two new office towers, 200,000 square feet of retail, 800 family-oriented rental units across two buildings, as well as a three-acre urban park built over the Union Station rail corridor. 

The expansive new park designed by OJB Landscape Architecture will deliver much-needed green space to the downtown area and create ample opportunities for flexible, programmable community spaces, public art, and installations.

Designed to meet LEED® Platinum standards, Union Park will incorporate renewable energy measures, targeting connection to district energy systems, on-site solar, and grey-water re-use.
