This building is notable for its simplicity and restraint. The smooth, clean, uncluttered design of the cladding creates a reflective colourful building. The diaphanous curtain wall of highly refined glass and granite, lets natural light pour into the 15-storey block. The building has a simple plan made up of two office wings linked by entrance spaces, reception areas and circulation. At the ground floor level, the central axis creates a route from the street frontage to the waterfront promenade. A lightweight canopy plays off the smooth façade giving shelter to the adjacent quay.
