Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Maki and Associates, this new 13-story class-A office and retail development features an exterior cladding of black glass with black granite and silver fins and boasts a distinctive angular design on each of its four sides. The building is located in the East Village area of New York City occupying and entire city block will have about 400,000 square feet of rentable office space and retail space totaling 28,000 square feet.
The project is designed to achieve LEED Gold status and will incorporate a landscaped roof terrace and a public sculpture plaza at grade.
