Beijing Fengtai Science and Technology Park

This Master Plan was conceived as an interactive science and technology community based on the design principles of new urbanism. The park is configured as a balanced urban environment for local and international technology corporations, corporate offices, research and development facilities, residential developments, retail and amenity areas with a centrally located Civic Administrative Landmark.

The overall landscape master plan is an integral part of the urban design guidelines and is organized along richly defined streetscapes.
