Biovail Corporate Head Office

The main feature of the building is a four-storey atrium lobby designed to form the shape of a chemistry flask. The massing of the building was designed to project a dramatic silhouette, visible from the major roads and highways surrounding the site. The front entrance is accessed from a granite-clad bridge suspended over a waterfall and reflecting pool. Phase 1 was completed in 2002.

In 2008, a second phase was completed. Phase 2 consisted of a 3-storey, 30,000 sf (2,800 sm) addition containing offices, meeting rooms, boardroom, interaction spaces, kitchen and other amenities.
