Situated on Canada Square, the main public space of the Canary Wharf development, this 42-storey tower contains the European Headquarters facilities for Citigroup, as well as approximately 100,000 sf of trading area on the first two floors and houses more than 900 traders.

This building is outfitted with advanced BAS and BMS controls, high-security systems, and access flooring through-out. Floor plates were designed to accept both perimeter offices and flex space throughout while maximizing usable space.

The tower’s curtain wall continues free of the building envelope over the last several floors, a design innovation that necessitated a rigorous technical analysis.
