Edmonton City Centre

Located in the heart of Edmonton's commercial district, Phase I of the complex included a seven-storey office tower and two-storey granite-clad retail podium. The tower's prime tenant is the Government of Alberta. A 2½-storey retail building is featured on the corner, serving as a pivotal link between the Phase I tower and the Phase II tower.

The Phase Two proposal consisted of a 31-storey office tower and four-storey banking podium. The podium's design incorporates the restored street facades of an existing heritage building. The new design is sympathetic to the original; the base is treated as a modern interpretation of the historic neo-classical building and uses the same tyndall stone cladding on the exterior.
