Fengtai Science and Technology Park Administration Building

Located within the Fengtai Science and Technology Park, the 16-storey Government Administration Center is considered the "Gateway" building for the entire development. With full floor-to-ceiling glass environmental facades, the building appears as a light transparent box on the skyline. Spandrel, fritted glass panels, and an aluminum shading system within the cavity, provide an energy-efficient facade, while also giving texture to the exterior of the buildings. 

Seen from the highway, the building creates a strong architectural presence for the Park by visually framing the complex, providing a strong identity for the building and its client.  The building engages its surroundings by providing a northern gateway into Fengtai Science and Technology Park, while transitioning the diverse urban fabric of the city.
