International Finance Center

The property is adjacent to Hong Kong Station and is linked to the station by a covered footbridge. The development includes two intelligent Super Grade A office towers, a shopping center, two hotels, service apartments, 1,340 parking spaces and a 140,000-square-foot landscaped leisure facility on the harbor waterfront for tenant and public use.

The towers were completed in two phases. The 38-storey tower in Phase I was completed in 1998 and the 88-storey North East Tower, with more than 1.9 million square feet, in Phase II was completed in 2003. The second tower is the tallest building in Hong Kong, surpassing Central Plaza at 78 storeys.

Adamson Associates provided design assistance in the building envelope and full contract documents and specifications for the tower cladding.
