About project

A prominent landmark on Hong Kong Island, the International Finance Center is an integrated commercial development on the waterfront of Hong Kong’s Central District.

The property is adjacent to Hong Kong Station and is linked to the station by a covered footbridge. The development includes two intelligent Super Grade A office towers, a shopping center, two hotels, service apartments, 1,340 parking spaces, and a 140,000 sf landscaped leisure facility on the waterfront for tenant and public use.

The towers were completed in two phases: the 38-story Southwest tower (WFC1) was completed in 1998 and the 88-story Northeast Tower (WFC2) was completed in 2003. World Financial Center tower 2 is one of the tallest towers in the world.
