This building's state-of-the-art design and advanced telecommunication systems reflect Microsoft's reputation as a leader in technology. The building includes wireless technology and energy-efficient solutions such as technical distribution systems, raised floor heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and exterior sunshades.
At 400 feet long and 100 feet wide, the floorplate can accommodate a number of different layouts. Floor-to-ceiling windows and open glass in the stairwells ensure plenty of natural light penetrates the building.
