Polus City Centre

This complex was developed in two phases. The first included a thirteen-storey office building, two levels of retail and an entertainment complex. The second included a fourteen-storey office building and a sixteen-storey residential complex.

The retail component is the centrepiece for the development, featuring three mini-anchor stores, a six-screen cinema complex, a food court and variety of specialty retail and service shops.
