Riverside South Development l Canary Wharf

The Riverside development at Canary Wharf, London comprises two office towers linked by a central podium building containing enhanced height trading floors. The main entry to the towers is at an upper level off Canary Wharf Westferry Circus allowing the lower level of the development fronting the Thames River to be used as a waterside public route. The tower buildings have centrally located cores with ‘slipped’ office floor plates.

Adamson is providing master plan coordination, design development for the building core and exterior envelope, full contract documents, and site review. Adamson Associates was also involved in the schematic design alongside Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners as it went through the London planning approval process. Work during this phase involved studying options and coordinating detailed plans for the building cores, plant spaces and basements with the client and the consultant team; reviewing curtain wall details, and reviewing design standards with Canary Wharf on a regular basis.
