Two symmetrical nine-storey buildings house the Royal Bank’s National Customer Service Centre. This project encompassed two phases of development with a master plan provision for expansion. The buildings present a prominent corporate landmark from the nearby highway.

Floor plans are “open-concept” with large-span spaces, raised access flooring and fibre-optic cabling throughout. Amenities include a fitness centre and jogging track around the perimeter of the site, cafeteria, outdoor lunch patio and oasis areas.

A parking garage accommodates 3,500 cars.
