About project
About project

Situated directly across from Chapultepec Park in the Zona Rosa area of Mexico City, this 55-storey office and retail complex is the tallest building in the country.

A marriage between a square and an ellipse, the building floor plate offers panoramic views of the park to the south, the downtown to the east, and the Polanco district to the west.

The tower base contains 2,000 parking spaces and 150,000 square feet of retail space. Earthquake dampers in the tower structure limit the overall movement during an earthquake to that of a typical building in New York City or Toronto during high winds.

The building envelope consists of red granite on the north and blue-green reflective glass curtainwall on the south. A helicopter pad is set into the knife-edged top.
