This project involved the careful renovation and restoration of a former residence into a viable conference and dining facility. A large two-storey addition was added to the south and a new kitchen was added to the north. The east side was excavated to the basement level allowing an additional floor to be exposed and naturally lit.

Existing foundations required underpinning, insulation and waterproofing. Queenston limestone was located in the Province of Ontario and matched to the existing limestone cladding. All new electrical and life-safety systems were installed and barrier-free design was implemented.
