The College's historic dining and recreation centre built in 1934, required major updating and repairs to the deteriorating building. Adamson’s detailed existing building assessment study identified the building's features and problems.
The project included the expansion and renovation of kitchen and dining facilities, and a second floor addition and renovation to provide the cadets with a properly scaled recreation centre. The basement was completely updated to suit student services requirements and includes medical and dental surgical facilities.
