Project Coordinator

Job Description:

Adamson Associates (International) Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to work as part of our team on a major London project. Reporting to the Project Managers, you will also be required to collaborate with other key team members including the BIM Team, Specification Writers, Document Controllers, Office Manager, and Human Resources.

Experience and skills:

  • Excellent organisation skills and commitment to the advancement of projects
  • The ability to communicate efficiently with various disciplines within the company, as well as with external consultants
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be confident in the use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam
  • Experience working as part of a team as well as on your own and taking initiative
  • Experience of diary management and appointment booking
  • Experience of minute taking and accurate recording of meetings
  • Experience working in the construction industry
  • Background in budget/financial reviews would be beneficial but is not essential
