Joyce Lam

Senior Associate

Joyce Lam is a Senior Associate in the Toronto office of Adamson Associates

A graduate of the University of Toronto, Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science and is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario.

Since joining our firm, she has fulfilled several roles including the site representative, project coordinator, contract administrator, and project manager on some of our most prestigious projects. From 2000 to 2007, Joyce was a key team member on the Toronto Pearson International Airport redevelopment, responsible for site coordination and administration of MEP/FP, security systems, common cabling systems, baggage handling systems, building management systems, elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.

Immediately after working on the airport redevelopment, she re-located to our London, UK office as the project site representative on the 20 Churchill Place Commercial Tower at Canary Wharf.

She returned to the Toronto office in late 2008 and since that time, has contributed her skills to three high-rise towers in New York and was the Contract Administrator for World Trade Center Tower 4 until its completion. She is currently the Project Manager for a new high-tech campus building in Mountain View, California. She has been involved in the project from the beginning from sub-consultant selection and managing the consultant team through all design phases/deliverables and now through the construction.
