About project

Adding more than 800,000 square feet of flexible, next-generation office space to meet the needs of contemporary workers

The 10 Bank Street commercial tower will comprise 830,000 square feet of leasable feet. The site is located west of One Canada Square along the line of the other Heron Quays plots and south of the Cabot Square buildings across the Middle Dock. As the site sits further north of the other buildings along Bank Street, it occupies an important position and will be seen prominently when exiting from the main entrance to the Canary Wharf Underground station located at Jubilee Park.

Tenants will have the luxury of choosing the layout of the floor plates to suit their occupational needs and benefit from leading-edge, flexible, and intelligent space with top enhanced Canary Wharf specifications.
