About project

This 1,500,000-square-foot tower will be a prominent addition to Toronto's skyline

Strategically located in the South Core Business District between Harbour Street and Lakeshore Blvd., the 30 Bay site is being redeveloped with a new Class AAA commercial office tower designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners. The project accommodates nearly 1,500,000 gsf of commercial office space above grade, with below-grade parking and service areas of approximately 260,000 gsf. An existing heritage building at 60 Harbour Street will be preserved and connected to the new building with a galleria. The tower also incorporates a connection to the PATH system, on its second level.

Envisioned as an iconic commercial development, The Hub will accommodate a range of office floor plates that could potentially suit trading floors, tech companies, corporate offices and executive suites. Amenities and/or roof terraces will offer panoramic views over the city and Lake Ontario.
