This 1,500,000 square foot tower will be a prominent addition to Toronto's skyline
The new Class ‘AAA’ commercial office tower located at 30 Bay Street is designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners. Strategically located in the South Core Business District between Harbour Street and Lakeshore Blvd., the 30 Bay site will be re-developed to accommodate approximately 1,500,000 gsf commercial office space above grade, with below-grade parking and services area of approximately 260,000 gross square feet. The existing heritage building at 60 Harbour Street will be preserved and connected in a Galleria, while the development will be connected to the PATH system on the second level.
Envisioned as an iconic commercial development, 30 Bay will accommodate a range of office floor plates that could potentially suit trading floors, tech companies, corporate offices and executive suites. Amenities and/or roof terraces will offer panoramic views over the city and Lake Ontario.
