This 1,500,000 square foot tower will be a prominent addition to Toronto's skyline

The  new Class ‘AAA’ commercial office tower located at 30 Bay Street is designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners. The existing heritage building at 60 Harbour Street will be preserved and connected in a Galleria, while the development will be connected to the PATH system on the second level.
