Adamson Associates, Inc. is the Architect of Record for this new commercial development of Class A office strategically located in San Francisco’s emerging Central SOMA District.
Designed by Michael Maltzan Architecture, the 3-building development comprises approximately 1.2 million square feet of Class A office space designed to accommodate the booming tech industry. The three buildings will range from 10 to 13 stories. Construction of the first two buildings at Brannan Square is expected to start by late summer with tenants moving in by fall 2022.
This exciting new commercial office development has been designed to serve as one of the centerpieces of San Francisco’s plan to redevelop the area between Second and Sixth streets (Central SoMa) into a dynamic employment and housing hub.
