A visionary mixed-use development located on a 28-acre site in Vancouver, British Columbia
This mixed-use development consists of approximately 4.3 million square feet above and below grade, not including the residential buildings. The Master Plan was designed by Henriquez Partners Architects as a single, mixed-use development that includes residential, office, retail, civic uses, and park above a consolidated below-grade parking garage. The architectural vocabulary of the towers draws inspiration from the park and appear as if they are emerging from the park, terracing up with integrated planting.
The redevelopment will be carried out in two phases. When completed, the Oakridge project will create a new vibrant cultural district that incorporates, retail, office, residential, cultural, civic uses, and a new nine-acre landscaped rooftop park.
All the buildings on the site will meet the City of Vancouver Low Emission Green Building Policy Target and Low Carbon Energy System Target.
