The WELL is a new mixed-use development spanning more than seven-and-a-half acres  in downtown Toronto. Comprised of seven buildings, a  common retail podium and five levels of below-grade — all linked by a glass-covered pedestrian public realm — the WELL will preserve the character of the existing neighbourhood and the surrounding historic houses.

A new 36 storey office building at the intersection of Front and Spadina will mark the gateway into the new neighbourhood. New promenades will be created to link existing pocket parks to a retail-oriented pedestrian thoroughfare that crosses the neighbourhood, bringing a mix of international chains, independent boutiques, and restaurant patios.

Construction is expected to start in February 2017 concluding in 2022 over a number of phases. When complete, this vibrant Live/Work/Play development will provide more than four million square feet of office, residential, retail and leisure space.
