Hyunseok brings to our team more than 15 years of architectural experience gained with positions at such esteemed firms as Rafael Vinoly Architects, Santiago Calatrava, and Michael Graves Architecture and Design where he worked on highly complex and challenging projects.
Since joining our New York office, Hyun has contributed his design and technical skills to the 2 World Trade Center Tower; One Manhattan Square residential project; and currently, he is the Project Manager on the 550 Madison renovation. He began his career in Seoul, South Korea where he worked for a year before relocating to the United States. Over the course of his career, he has gained experience in virtually every phase of architectural practice — from initial concept design to contract administration — with great interest in sustainability in both building design and construction. His project experience encompasses a diverse range of projects including hospitals, hotels, institutional, educational, and religious buildings.
Hyun received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Keimyung University in South Korea and holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan.
