Marta Karamuz is a Senior Associate and licensed architect in our New York office. Her more than 20 years of experience in design and construction encompasses everything from strategic planning to project close-out, and includes mixed-use, commercial, and residential development, as well as institutional work.
Since joining AAI in 2014, Marta has contributed to such high-profile projects as 53W53, the residential tower adjacent to New York’s Museum of Modern Art. She also played a leading role in our executive architect service for the office tower at 860 Washington Street. More recently, she supported our team on the 270 Park Avenue project.
Marta earned her Master of Architecture from Princeton University and her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture magna cum laude from Columbia College, Columbia University.
