Theresa joined Adamson in 2001, beginning as a CADD technologist and information manager before transitioning into specification writing. She has since taken on the role of Specification Manager, overseeing our specs team and projects across Canada, as well as in the US.
In addition to her managerial responsibilities, Theresa writes project manuals and coordinates internal and external presentations and seminars related to construction products. She researches products and systems; prepares, organizes and maintains the company’s written master technical specification sections; coordinates specification requirements with clients and other consultants; and provides quality control of related company standards and procedures. She is one of the lead members of Adamson’s internal specifications standards committee.
A registered Specification Writer, Theresa is a member of Construction Specifications Canada’s National Technical Studies Committee.
