Intermediate Intern Architects/Architectural Technologists with Revit

We are seeking Intermediate Intern Architects and Intermediate Architectural Technologists with experience working on contract documents using Revit Architecture for our Toronto Office. The successful individuals will have the following profile:

  • Minimum of 5+ years (post graduate) relevant work experience and proficiency in the production of working drawings from schematic design through to construction administration with minimum supervision. Thorough understanding of construction detailing is essential
  • High level of skill in current versions of AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and 3-D modeling software (3D Studio Max), Microstation, Digital Project and Microsoft Office
  • Fully versed in the Ontario Building Code with experience in large-scale commercial, mixed-use and institutional buildings
  • Strong knowledge of building technology and assembly, construction methodology, materials application and interpretation of manufacturers’ requirements
  • Ability to assemble construction set of drawings with minimal supervision including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details etc
  • LEED AP preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, design, and problem solving skills as well as appreciation and sensitivity to architectural design intent
  • Positive attitude with proven proficiency working collaboratively within a team setting
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work efficiently and with accuracy, takes responsibility for own work

Architect/Project Manager with High-Rise Residential Experience

Our Toronto office requires an Architect/Project Manager with High-Rise Residential Experience. The ideal candidate:

  • is recognized for excellence in project delivery
  • has 10+ years of relevant demonstrated knowledge and expertise developing a variety of building types and diversified projects including transportation
  • must be knowledgeable with the broad issues associated with architectural design, construction, contracting techniques and specifications
  • have in-depth knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, current building systems and materials. 
  • will be responsible for multiple projects on tight deadlines and must have the established skills necessary to prioritize and communicate clearly at all stages of project work
  • has well-developed analytical, problem solving skills
  • has the expertise to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively using exceptional written and verbal communication in the English language
  • has excellent skills in managing a multi-disciplined team of professionals
  • is self-motivated, capable of assuming increasing responsibility and is interested in growing with the firm.
  • leading a Revit team and LEED accreditation is deemed an asset

We are seeking Architects and Graduate Architects for our New York Office, AIA Architects, PC. The successful individuals will have the following profile:

  • 5-10 years relevant work experience and proficiency in the production of working drawings from schematic design through to construction administration with minimum supervision. Thorough understanding of construction detailing is essential
  • High level of skill in current versions of Revit/BIM and 3-D modeling software (3D Studio Max), AutoCAD, Microstation, Digital Project and Microsoft Office

We are seeking an Architect/Architectural Technologist with Revit experience for our London, UK office.  The successful candidates will have the following profile:

 Minimum of 5 years (post graduate) relevant work experience.

  • Proficiency in the production of Stage F documentation.
  • High level of skill in current versions of Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
  • Working knowledge of British Standards and Regulations.
  • Positive attitude with proven proficiency working collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work efficiently and with accuracy, takes responsibility for own work.
  • Self-motivated individuals capable of assuming increasing responsibility for both current and future projects, and who are interested in growing with the firm.
