Dennis Tesar Senior Associate
Dennis is a Senior Associate who has been with the firm since 1998. In that time, he has been responsible for the delivery of many high-profile projects around the world including towers and corporate headquarters, retail, transportation, and cultural buildings. Dennis has extensive experience with all facets of the building process from conception to completion, including liaising with clients and contractors, budgetary and scheduling issues, detailing and material selection. He is highly efficient in use of CAD and BIM models and is one of the principal members of the firm’s cladding experts group. His expertise is built on some of the most complex and advanced building envelopes including the resolution of complex geometrical and technical issues.
Dennis played a key role on number of projects including Citigroup, Clifford Chance and KPMG Headquarters, Crossrail Station, Retail and Winter Gardens in Canary Wharf in London, UK; the World Trade Centre redevelopment, WTC Tower 3 and Hearst Tower in New York; Art Gallery of Ontario transformation and TTC Stations in Toronto; as well as projects in Spain, China and Middle East.
Dennis holds a Master Degree in Architecture as well as Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
