The Place at London Bridge

Located at London Bridge, the 17-storey London Bridge Place provides 428,000 sf of modern, efficient office and retail space. Conceived with the same spirit as the adjacent London Bridge tower, the building’s design was determined by the site. It rises higher to the east towards London Bridge Tower and lower to the west towards Southwark’s Cathedral, sculpted naturally by the curve of the railway lines. The building has direct access to London Bridge Quarter’s new piazza and unrivalled connections at London Bridge Station, providing a seamless transition from station to workplace.

The Place has been designed to deliver superior environmental credentials and will provide one of London’s largest roof terraces. Energy use is conserved by positioning a large sun collector composed of solar panels atop of the building. Winter gardens at each level help to create a permeable skin, thus allowing natural ventilation.
