Greg’s extensive experience encompasses a wide range of projects – including airport construction phasing, transit station development, hotels, office buildings, restaurants, warehouse conversions, space planning, and wholesale showroom design and documentation – in the United States and internationally.
Since joining our firm in 2012, Greg has lent his skills to some of our most prestigious New York office and hospitality developments, leading Contract Administration for projects such as 270 Park Avenue, 425 Park Avenue, the New York EDITION Clocktower hotel, 51 Astor Place, and the National September 11 Memorial Museum Pavilion.
Immediately prior to joining AAI, Greg was part of SOM’s technical group producing construction documents for various projects at the local, national, and international level. In this role, he oversaw a small team of junior architects and led coordination efforts with consultants.
