A member of our team since 2018, Matt has contributed to several of our most prominent New York projects, beginning in construction administration at the One Manhattan Square residential tower. He also led drafting efforts for the amenity floor of the commercial tower at 425 Park Avenue.
A registered architect in New York since 2020, Matt made significant contributions to our work on the JPMorganChase Building at 270 Park Avenue. Throughout various phases of the project, he was involved in the plaza, lobby, and below-grade scope. Among his most recent efforts is a renovation of the Cross Passageway transit concourse within the larger 270 Park development.
