Michael’s earliest AAI projects – residential high-rises One Manhattan Square and Greenwich West – furthered his prior experience working on studies, drawings, and space planning for residential and hospitality projects. His expertise has since grown to encompass office towers and healthcare developments, and a variety of project elements, including resolving interface conditions and coordinating trades.
A registered architect in New York, Michael applies his strengths in BIM and construction administration to help junior team members draft and develop sketches and drawings. Over a period of seven years, he took on a variety of roles in the 270 Park Avenue project, contributing to technical drawings and BIM coordination, which included working closely with design architects and subconsultants. Currently, he is playing a technical coordination role in the Kenneth C. Griffin Pavilion project at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Clemson University and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from the Pratt Institute’s School of Architecture.
