About project

Situated in the middle of Canary Wharf’s new southern Heron Quays development, this 32-storey tower contains over 600,000 square feet of office space

The ground floor main lobby is interconnected between the East and West Winter Gardens and has an indirect connection to the retail concourse linking the DLR to the Jubilee subway station through the West Winter Garden.

Every floor in the tower is finished with the latest in workplace fitments, including access flooring, parabolic lighting, and individual floor communication rooms. The floor plates were designed to accept both perimeter offices and flex space throughout, while maximizing useable space.

Adamson Associates began work on the tower before the appointment of the design architect to set out the substructure and building core.
