About project
About project

The 425 Park Avenue office skyscraper was conceived as a timeless addition to one of New York City’s most celebrated streets

This 650,000-square-foot office tower is the first full-block office development on Park Avenue in more than half a century. Designed by Foster + Partners, the elegant tower rises up over the historic double-wide boulevard, known for its attractive green medians, modern art exhibits, and broad sidewalks.

Offering world-class sustainable office accommodation, the building anticipates changing needs in the workplace with large, open spaces that support flexibility. Each of the tower’s three tiers – low, medium, and high-rise – is defined by a landscaped terrace that offers an excellent amenity for tenants with panoramic views across Manhattan and Central Park.

The ground floor includes a grand double-height lobby, flanked by a dynamic, double-height retail space on one side and a sophisticated 14,000-square-foot fine dining facility on the other.
