Poised to become an iconic landmark in downtown Toronto, this new mixed-use development includes two high-rise condominium towers, plus commercial and retail space accommodated in two podiums. At ground level, the podiums offer a public space that will play host to a range of events, including festivals and concerts. Soaring high above, the towers are a striking addition to the city skyline, with iridescent facades and unique sculptural forms defined by the stacked massing of each building.
Formerly known as the Mirvish + Gehry Towers, the project marks Frank Gehry’s first new build in his city of birth. The development includes over 2,000 new residential units, split between the 84-storey tower on the west side and a 73-storey tower to the east. Comprising over 137,000 sm, the residential spaces top 1,296 sm of retail and almost 17,000 sm of offices. In addition to the retail and commercial spaces, the project also incorporates space for OCAD University.
