A luxury residential tower at the confluence of New York’s Soho, Tribeca, and West Village neighborhoods
AAI Architects, P.C. is the Architect of Record working with Paris-based design firm Loci Anima, on this 27-story residential project. The design, a modern interpretation of a traditional SoHo loft, accommodates 170 apartments, more than 2,300 square feet of ground floor retail, and 30 on-site parking spaces.
Residential units in the building average approximately 1,200 square feet and offer 10-foot-high ceilings. The interiors, designed by Paris-based Sebastien Segers Architecture, also boast eight-inch-wide white oak floor planks, full-slab-marble kitchen counters, and expansive stone bathrooms.
The development is situated one block east of Hudson River Park in the Hudson Square neighborhood, an area that was rezoned from manufacturing to residential use in 2013. Transportation is available via the 1 train on Varick Street and the C and E trains on the Avenue of Americas; access to West Street is one block away.
