Ashkan began his career in Iran, contributing his design skills to a range of projects that includes residential, office, and retail works, as well as master plans. He co-founded the firm EBA[M] in Tehran in 2006. After re-locating to the US he studied and worked as a research assistant at Harvard, prior to putting down roots in California. He worked as an architectural designer for two established Los Angeles firms before joining our team.
Ashkan’s skill set deftly balances the creative with the technical and his experience encompasses all phases of architectural practice – from design through to construction administration. He is a key member of the team for several projects in San Francisco, including Park Habitat, Mission Rock, and both residential and office components at the Power Station redevelopment.
Ashkan received both a Bachelor and a Master of Architecture from Azad University in Tehran, and earned a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
