Kelley received her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology in 2005, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She began her career with Bentel & Bentel in Locust Valley, New York, where she was involved in a number of high-end hotel and restaurant interior projects. In 2006, she joined Skidmore Owings & Merrill (SOM), working within the technical group and focusing on contract documentation, coordination, and building code analysis. During her six-year tenure with that firm, she became a member of the CAD department and was later appointed CAD Manager for the firm’s offices in New York and Washington, DC.
Since she joined AAI, Kelley’s strong technical skills have benefited numerous important New York projects, including the 5 Manhattan West development, Tower 3 at the World Trade Center, and the St. John’s Terminal Redevelopment at 550 Washington Street. More recently, she has led construction administration for the Rolex Building in Midtown Manhattan.
