Sam received his Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Shahid Behesti University (formerly The National University of Iran) in Iran, where he worked for more than a decade and published four books. Prior to joining Adamson’s L.A. office, he also worked for architectural firms in Iran and Canada (including Adamson’s Toronto office), as well as others in California. His 35+ years of experience in design, coordination, documentation, and supervision comprises a wide range of project types – healthcare, commercial, residential and educational buildings.
A respected leader of top-performing architectural teams, Sam is an invaluable technical resource for codes, architectural documentation, construction practices, scheduling and budget management. He is currently a Project Manager for a number of high-profile developments, and oversees Quality Assurance and Quality Control for projects such as the Simplot Headquarters in Idaho, the mixed-use Elev8 complex in Washington, the Power Station Redevelopment in San Francisco, and the Park Habitat office tower in San Jose.
A registered architect in the State of California, Sam is a member of the National Council of Architectural Certification Boards, the American Institute of Architects, the Ontario Association of Architects, and a LEED Accredited Professional.
