A member of our New York office for over 25 years, Shawn been a Contract Administrator for some of the firm’s most prestigious projects, including the World Trade Center Redevelopment’s Tower 3 and 66 Hudson Yards, also known as the Spiral, in New York City. Early in his career with us he also contributed his thorough understanding of building technology and the rigorous requirements for commercial office developments to projects in London, including several office towers at Canary Wharf.
A versatile expert in contractual relationships and all facets of the construction process, Shawn excels at overseeing project coordination to ensure strict compliance with drawings and specifications. His comprehensive understanding of building principles, regulations, and construction techniques are honed over years managing complex, large-scale projects with tight delivery schedules and budgets.
