Shawn Kirkham, a member of the firm since 1999, has been a detailer for some of the firm’s most prestigious projects.
He has a thorough understanding of building technology and the requirements for commercial office developments that have proven invaluable on many of Adamson’s projects including Goldman Sachs Global Headquarters and InterActiveCorp Headquarters in New York, as well as 20 Churchill Place Commercial Tower and Retail Complex, Heron Quays West and Heron Quays East Wintergardens at Canary Wharf Estate in London, England.
Shawn has a thorough knowledge of building principles, regulations, and techniques, and has gained valuable experience working on complex, large-scale projects with tight delivery schedules and budgets.
He understands all facets of the construction process and contractual relationships and has proven himself an effective team member with superior organization, co-ordination, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
