Jack Cusimano
A senior associate and contract administrator, Jack’s expertise is based on over 25 years of experience in contract administration and project management on numerous large-scale, high profile projects in the Greater Toronto Area and the National Capital Region. A graduate of Ryerson University’s Civil Engineering Technology program, Jack joined Adamson Associates in 1998.
Jack has played an instrumental role in the Toronto Pearson International Airport redevelopment project. As the Contract Administrator and Site Manager for Airport Architects Canada (a joint venture comprising Adamson Associates Architects, Skidmore Owings Merrill International Ltd., and Moshe Safdie Associates Ltd.), Jack was the key liaison with all the Authorities Having Jurisdiction and was responsible for facilitating resolution with cost or contract disputes on this $1.8 billion project. Other responsibilities have included overseeing civil works and architectural construction to ensure compliance with drawing and specifications, and acting as the senior liaison between site and design teams.
