Jack Cusimano Senior Associate
A Senior Associate and Contract Administrator, Jack’s expertise is based on over 29 years of experience in contract administration and project management on numerous large-scale, high profile projects in the Greater Toronto Area and the National Capital Region.
From 1998 to 2007, Jack played an instrumental role in the Toronto Pearson International Airport redevelopment project. As the Contract Administrator and Site Manager for Airport Architects Canada (a joint venture comprising Adamson Associates Architects, Skidmore Owings Merrill International Ltd., and Moshe Safdie Associates Ltd.), Jack was the key liaison with all the Authorities Having Jurisdiction and was responsible for facilitating resolution with cost or contract disputes on this $1.8 billion project. He was also tasked with overseeing civil works and architectural construction to ensure compliance with drawing and specifications, and acted as the senior liaison between site and design teams. He has continued to be actively involved at the Pearson Airport site, providing contract administration services for the Infield Terminal modifications and Nexus Enrolment Centre, the New Apron at Terminal 2, and High Speed Moving Walkway.
